Leadership Talks is an initiative part of Advantere's training program to bring real stories of current leaders to our students.

Our second visit has been led by Isabel Vento.

She is the Head of Business Development and Sustainability in BlackRock Iberia, a global investment management company that guides individuals, institutions, and financial professionals. It's the world's largest asset manager.

About Isabel Vento

He has a long career in important companies such as Deutsche Bank or The Coca-Cola Company. She has been working at BlackRock for eleven years, two of them in his current position.

During the talk, he shared with our students the role of the asset manager and career opportunities in the company.

In addition, he also talked about the famous Larry Fink's annual letter to CEOs, where purpose and providing value to every stakeholder in the organization are highlighted every year.

BlackRock is currently directing its efforts to operate sustainably, reinforcing its commitment to ESG investment (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

Our students really enjoyed the talk and were interested in knowing the application process and in early career programs.
